Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from different lead generating sources. This will involve initiating a conversation with a prospect, asking questions to uncover their needs, and booking appointments with them for our Regional Sales Managers. Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory while working with the assigned Inside Sales Representative; Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. The primary duty of the Technical Support Specialist is to carefully receive, document, and analyze customer issues, using all available resources and capabilities to quickly resolve issues if possible, properly escalating the remainder, utilizing excellent customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary function of the Field Service Engineer II is to provide design, implementation, and support to enterprise customers, as well as deploy new products and software for customer acceptance. This role will be heavily involved with systems design and integration with existing customer infrastructure and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales design support for the Software, IT, and Product teams at COBAN

  • Provide installation services for in-car computing equipment, IP networks, Microsoft-based workstations and servers

  • Train customer IT staff on operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Train customer end-users in basic operation of video recording equipment and management software

  • Provide on-site support for customer acceptance deployment testing and validation

  • Work with Software QA department and create and complete test scripts for customer acceptance testing

We are working on very cool new products and technologies and are looking to find an energetic Solution Architect/Technical Sales who can support COBAN’s national sales organization by providing product strategy solutions for customers and new prospects. The Solution Architect/Technical Sales will engage customers as part of an account management team. The Solution Architect’s role on the account team is to provide strategic and technical direction regarding the placement of new video IoT hardware and software products and services. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of accomplishment in either sales engineering or product management within a technology manufacturing or SaaS company. This person will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Frequently engage with customers in the field to understand their needs, create a feasible solution, and position COBAN to close the business
  • Analyze the business opportunities and work with the product management team to ideate on new product concepts with customers
  • Identify customer product requirements
  • Present product roadmaps to prospects
  • Evaluate the customer’s buying cycle from conception to launch including: ideation, business case, specification, prioritization, solution design, implementation, and support
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and software to bring the products to market, resolve bottlenecks, and address open product issues
  • Work with marketing to create go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, metrics, and all elements related to measuring sales progress
