Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from different lead generating sources. This will involve initiating a conversation with a prospect, asking questions to uncover their needs, and booking appointments with them for our Regional Sales Managers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, qualify and manage leads
  • Undertake additional lead/account research
  • Self-generated lead research and outbound prospecting
  • Customer Maintenance:  Pro-actively calling customers to offer additional services or products and checking status of existing equipment and services
  • Generate direct sales by utilizing phone, internet and power point product demonstrations

The primary duty of the Technical Support Specialist is to carefully receive, document, and analyze customer issues, using all available resources and capabilities to quickly resolve issues if possible, properly escalating the remainder, utilizing excellent customer service skills.

The primary function of the Field Services Engineer is to provide front line assistance to customers developing and deploying with our products.   • Able to travel domestically on a Monday – Friday basis (typically 50% travel) is required
