Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from different lead generating sources. This will involve initiating a conversation with a prospect, asking questions to uncover their needs, and booking appointments with them for our Regional Sales Managers. The primary function of the Field Service Engineer II is to provide design, implementation, and support to enterprise customers, as well as deploy new products and software for customer acceptance. This role will be heavily involved with systems design and integration with existing customer infrastructure and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales design support for the Software, IT, and Product teams at COBAN

  • Provide installation services for in-car computing equipment, IP networks, Microsoft-based workstations and servers
